These Website Terms and Conditions ("Website Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at humanewildlifecontrolsolutions.com (the "Site") operated by Humane Wildlife Control Services, LLC, doing business as Humane Wildlife Control Solutions ("HWCS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
These Website Terms are separate from and in addition to any Terms & Conditions of Service that govern the purchase of wildlife control services from HWCS.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this Site, submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, or otherwise interacting with this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Website Terms, as updated from time to time.
2. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Website Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
3. Use of the Site
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only, including to learn about our services, request quotes, contact us, and read our educational content. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations;
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems;
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site without our express written permission;
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site.

While we strive to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, products, services, or related graphics on the Site. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
4. SMS / Text Message Communications
This section governs all SMS and text message communications between you and HWCS and is compliant with 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) carrier regulations and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
4.1 Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number on any form on this Site, calling our office, or otherwise submitting your phone number to HWCS, and by checking the applicable opt-in checkbox where provided, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and/or manually dialed text messages (SMS/MMS) from HWCS at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates;
- Service status updates and technician arrival notifications;
- Quotes, estimates, and invoices;
- Follow-up communications regarding your service;
- Promotional offers and information about HWCS services (if separately opted in).
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from HWCS.
4.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity and interactions with HWCS. You may receive up to 10 messages per month related to your service. Promotional message frequency will be disclosed at the time of opt-in.
4.3 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier for sending and receiving text messages. HWCS is not responsible for any charges you incur from your mobile carrier.
4.4 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages from HWCS at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us;
- Texting STOP to our messaging number;
- Contacting us at 877.9.HUMANE and requesting removal from our text messaging list.
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further marketing or promotional text messages. You may still receive transactional messages directly related to an active service agreement unless you also request removal from those communications.
4.5 How to Get Help

4.6 Supported Carriers
Our text messaging program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. HWCS and participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4.7 Privacy of Text Messages
We will not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number and message history are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Contact Forms and Lead Submissions
When you submit a contact form, request a quote, or otherwise provide your information through this Site, you agree that HWCS may contact you by phone, email, and/or text message using the information you provide. You represent that all information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide such information.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of HWCS or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Links
This Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Linking to a third-party site does not imply our endorsement of that site or its content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THIS SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. HWCS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HWCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF HWCS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL HWCS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HWCS and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Website Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

These Website Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Website Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Louisiana.

13. Entire Agreement
These Website Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HWCS with respect to your use of this Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and HWCS with respect to this Site.
